Introduction: The high-energy capacitor system for vehicle developed by this project has the design of explosion-proof design, air-cooling and heat insulation, dustproof and anti-corrosion, and insulation safety. According to different working conditions, the researchers worked on system controllers which is high-wattage, increased safety, high-reliability, to meet the demand of extreme circumstances, including high and low temperature, mechanical shock resistance, electrical shock resistance and chemical resistance with corrosion, salt spray corrosion resistance, high-power charge and discharge, etc. It made the technology more stable in application, and change the external environment and technical parameters of anti-interference.
