Achievement: Development of key equipment and technical process of G7 large -size and high-performance polycrystalline silicon ingot

Introduction: The project mainly develops and designs the key equipment and complete set of technical process of G7 large-size and high-performance polycrystalline silicon ingot. After the modification, the ingot weight is increased to 1200kg. Compared with G5 ingot furnace, the silicon ingot weight of G7 furnace is more than doubled, with output per unit time is increased by more than 70%, and the cells conversion efficiency is increased by more than 0.18% (absolute value), bringing remarkable economic and environmental benefits. It has obtained 18 patents and participated in 2 national standards. The results of the project were identified as the international advanced level. The G7 octagonal silicon ingot product won the terawatt Diamond Award in Shanghai SNEC exhibition.
