Achievement: Ultra-Low Concentration Gas Oxidation and Waste Heat Comprehensive Utilization Technology

Introduction: The technology makes full use of the low concentration gas in the coal mine (for concentration below 10%), lower the damage of direct gas emission to the atmosphere. After the low concentration gas is finely controlled at 1.2%, it is sent to the Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer(RTO) to do the oxidative exothermic reaction. The process generates hot air of 950 °C is generated and can be used as thermal energy. Through the comprehensive utilization of thermal energy, the cogeneration of cold and heat is realized, replacing the original small coal-fired boiler of the coal mine. The solution highly alleviates the environmental pressure of the coal mine while meeting the energy demand.
