Achievement: Sensing-with-Computing Chip Design for the Internet of Water Basin and Facility Monitoring

Introduction: The main purpose of this project is to solve the insufficiency of information collection, or the perception level, in the construction of the Helan Mountain regional Internet of Water in Ningxia, and to make up for the shortcomings of information collection in the "water conservancy informatization" of the Helan Mountain basin. In order to improve the intelligence level of water conservancy systems, it must be realized from three aspects, namely, thorough perception of water conservancy information, comprehensive integration of water conservancy data, and highly intelligent water conservancy management. The perceptual level of water conservancy information is the most critical point. Because the collection and preprocessing of huge information streams is of vital importance to intelligence, sensors must be able to work anywhere and anytime. Therefore, this project proposes a "sensing-with-computing" architecture and integrated circuit design method for intelligent continuous perception. The goal is to closely integrate artificial intelligence processing tasks with various sensors under a new processing architecture to implement ultra-low-power chip for continuous information sensing and analysis.
