Introduction:SmartCloud for the river leader is a platform developed by Tsinghua University to manage rivers. It is supported by the high-performance numerical calculations of water quality, hydrodynamics and big data GIS technology. The platform is based on on-site monitoring systems for rivers and lakes, digital rivers and other data information, and realizes thee all-weather and full-process monitoring, early warning and prediction of the water quality and hydrodynamics of river and lake systems. It also provides the safety management support for the quality of urban surface water and floods.
