Project Profile: Employing carbon and nitrogen regulation technology forms high carbon organic compost and substrate. What’s more, through sulfur trioxide/1, 2-dichloroethane system, water soluble biopolymer sulfonate is synthesized from straw and danty and full nutrient water soluble fertilizer based on biological base sulfonate is developed. Finally, the solid fertilizer and ecological fertilizer supply model made of agricultural waste straw and organic water soluble fertilizer are established. We obtain strains that are effective against salt and soil-borne pathogens by screening, improving the fermentation processing, to form compound microorganism agent with bacillus subtilis and bacillus licheniformis as the core flora. The product is rich in polypeptide antibacterial substances. A microbial control system for soil successive cropping obstacles is designed based on nanocarbon. This system could effectively improve the soil micro-ecological environment and has good control efficiency on soil-borne diseases such as fusarium and rot mold. The soil quality restoration system has been constructed a high carbon compost + microorganism soil quality remediation model.
