Project Profile: In view of the serious overcapacity of domestic lysine fermentation industry and the monopoly of the core technology of nylon material industry by foreign countries, we developed the complete production technology of biopentadiamine, established a pilot test line of 3700 tons/year nylon 56 and designed a 10,000-ton pentadiamine/nylon 56 production process package. The 10,000-ton production equipment is being installed and commissioned and will be put into operation in October, which will add new jobs and output value to the enterprise and help realize enterprise transformation and upgrading and industrial structure adjustment.
