Project Profile: This project has transformed a small biochar production device to solve the problem of exhaust gas emissions during pyrolysis while recycling agricultural wastes. The biochar produced by this device is rich in nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, manganese and copper. These nutrients can directly improve soil quality. Moreover, the nutrient solution generated by the recovery of flue gas contains high concentrations of nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. If applied to the soil, they can effectively promote plant growth after being diluted for several times. The device can recycle more than 70% of the net carbon emissions of agricultural waste. It helps not only promote resource utilization to the maximum level, but also the environmental protection.
