Project Profile: DIDO 2 satellite was jointly developed by SpacePharma (an Israeli satellite company), Spacety, Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, based on their previous research and technical advantages. This satellite used the 3U Cubic Star which is compliant to the international standard as a convenient micro-gravity platform to complete the experiments on applied science of multiphase fluid mechanics and transmission while working in space. And this was the first time for China to carry out chemical experiments in space. Furthermore, DIDO 2 was successfully launched in February 2017.
