Introduction:

Targeting on the manufacturing problems of core components in the aerospace, automotive and other fields, the technical staff conducted research on the principles of 3D printing technology and have overcome technical problems concerning casting 3D printing materials, equipment, processes, and software. They have successfully developed the 3D printing equipment with independent intellectual property rights and realized the industrial application of casting 3D printing for the first time in China, changing current situations of low production efficiency and poor labor environment in traditional casting industry, and propelling the green and intelligent transformation of casting industry. The program has developed equipment with interlaced, follow-up and other printing modes to achieve uninterrupted printing. The maximum printing efficiency can reach 500L/h, which is three times that of foreign equipment of the same specification. It has solved the problem of 3D printing industrialization and application. At the same time, the technology utilizes casting 3D printing materials made in China, completely getting out of the dilemma of relying on imports and being subject to others.
