Besides, build a high-purity and high-performance metal target R&D center as well as a single crystal bonding wire R&D center. Introduce advanced scientific and technological achievements and intellectual resources in the eastern region, carry out collaborative innovation of scientific and technological achievements on the electronic material platform so as to improve the problems of insufficient R & D and technical supporting capacity of high-performance metal targets and bonding line industrial chain in 5g, integrated circuit and other industries.
