Introduction: In view of the uneven distribution of high-end equipment for material analysis and testing , the lack of pilot equipment and research and develop resources, the lack of information sharing channels, and the single sharing mode, it has failed to form an effective open sharing situation in Ningxia. The material analysis and testing institutions of other provinces in China are independent. Other problems are also serious including low resource utilization rate, poor level of open sharing, repeated purchases and serious idleness. It is difficult for experts to conduct remote inspection, provide services and conduct joint research and development. By actively exploring the service mode of scientific and technological resources sharing, a 020 cloud platform system with resources and services sharing centered in Ningxia and covering the whole country in the material field is built.
