Achievement: A highly active anti-wear and friction-reduction powder additive with the Auto-Restoration Technology

Introduction: Originated from natural mineral nanoparticles, the friction auto-restoration additive was prepared by high energy ball milling and surface activation. The additive can form auto-restoration coating on the friction surface, which reducing the surface roughness, improving the surface hardness and enhancing the anti-wear performance. Compared with the traditional auto-restoration additives, this additive has high tribochemical reaction activity and better anti-wear and friction-reduction performance. The additive was applicable in engine, bearing and heavy duty equipment. It can reduce the energy loss of internal combustion engine caused by friction and improve the fuel economy and service life of heavy duty engine and mechanical equipment.
