Achievement: Integrated technology of standardized processing and comprehensive utilization of Chinese medicinal materials

Introduction: The team focused on the standardization and mechanization of the processing process of Chinese medicinal materials (CMM), has innovated the suitable equipment for the processing of CMM, and developed and formed a complete set of equipment for processing root CMM, which simulates the traditional process of sweating, shaping and drying. Aiming at the resource utilization of non-medicinal parts and other by-products of CMM, the system of biotransformation, chemical transformation and physical transformation technology has been created, which was suitable for the characteristics of Chinese herbal resources. The pharmaceutical and light industrial raw materials, functional daily chemicals, feed health products and bio-organic fertilizer based on the waste and by-products of traditional Chinese medicine have been developed, which would effectively improve the comprehensive benefits of the traditional Chinese medicine resources industry.
