Achievement: Supramolecular assembly of magnetic layered double hydroxide and development of magnetic target sustained release drug delivery system

Introduction: With the aim to solve the technical problems such as the first-pass effects, heterogeneity of targeted transshipment and sustained-release of the existing nano drug delivery system, this project integrated the dual function of targeted drug delivery and sustained-release by utilizing the magnetic layered double hydroxide with the magnetic and interlayer drug loading performance, solved the problems of acid etching and cycling instability by modifying the drug delivery system with dextran. The project invented the layered double hydroxides supra-molecular assembly type aspirin sustained-release tablet and its preparation method, created magnetic layered double hydroxide (MLDH), and invented a magnetic targeted drug delivery and controlled release system with the structure of dextran - MLDH - fluorouracil (DMF). The technology of the project is in the international leading level, which has an important influence on promoting the development of nano drug delivery system and the scientific progress in the field of new preparations.
