Achievement: Intelligent Operational Pump

Introduction: To solve the problem of the low efficiency of system caused by variable pump operation conditions, an efficiency optimization algorithm of multivariable control is proposed. The terminal constant pressure control of the pump system can be realized by using virtual sensor technology and digital technology. The intelligent operational pump is developed by organically combining the pump, operation system, and control device. In the energy-saving field of various fluid transmission and distribution systems, the intelligent operational pump can save 10%~50% more energy than the pump operation with variable frequency.
