Introduction: Multi-Hazard Early Warning (MHEW) system integrates a variety of channels including SMS, loudspeakers, social media, etc. to achieve simultaneous information dissemination and enhanced coverage of more than 90% of targeted population. The operation of the distribution channels are monitored in real-time to ensure normal operation of the system and effective release of information. At the same time, the system covers full business lifecycle throughout information entry, audit, dissemination, and feedback. Custom business process can be configured to enable, for instance, rapid one-click dissemination within 60s for high-risk red s, to ensure the performance of early warning.
