Achievement : Intelligent Production Management System

Achievement Owner: Yinchuan Institute of Materials, Shanghai Jiao Tong University

Introduction: The intelligent production management system stores and manages production process data based on big data technology, uses digital twin technology to ensure data security and privacy protection, and achieves the full life cycle management of the product manufacturing process. The system uses the deep learning module to dynamically optimize the process parameters in real time for key manufacturing processes for achieving continuous improvement of product quality. The knowledge graph assisted decision-making module provides scientific and technical support for new product development based on production data and domain knowledge. The system can be modularized and customized according to customer requirements and has been successfully applied in related production lines of Yunnan Tin Group (Holding) Co., LTD., China Baowu Steel Group, etc.. Shanghai University has the complete intellectual property for this system and has applied for 25 invention patents and 20 software copyrights.
