Project Profile: Aiming at the common key technology “bottleneck” restricting the industrial development and the lack of the superior and special fruit and vegetable green preservation logistics system in Ningxia, distinctive agricultural products fresh processing team of Ningxia University studied Ningxia special fruits (Lingwu long jujube, Zhongning fresh wolfberry, etc.), vegetables supplied to Hong Kong (flowering cabbage, cabbage mustard, etc.) and exported frozen vegetables (green bean, edamame, etc.) and other agricultural products for research purposes to develop the technology and equipment of origin rapid vacuum precooling technology and equipment of fresh wolfberry with handle, flowering cabbage, cabbage mustard, edamame and green sword bean. Moreover, in order to improve the value added of fruits and vegetables, the non-destructive testing and grading equipment for long jujube are developed. In the storage and transportation stage of the cold chain process, in view of the quality deterioration of the putrescibility fresh fruits (fresh wolfberry with handle and green greenhouse Lingwu long jujube) during storage and transportation, the liquid nitrogen quick-freezing technology and equipment for the wolfberry with handle and the fresh-eating and refreshing time extension technology have been developed. In the last mile of the sales stage, in order to maintain the quality of the Chinese wolfberry with handle and Lingwu long jujube, suitable air conditioning packaging technology and equipment have been developed. It could help reduce the quality change of products in the last kilometer and really realize full cold chain process of quality increase.
