Project Profile: Based on the Beidou high-precision location and time service requirements of the “Belt and Road” initiative, the project combines the Chinese Academy of Sciences location service and time-frequency superior resources with application enterprise core advantages. It also masses up Beidou navigation basic data, Beidou civil user data and Beidou application data in various industries and adopts the cloud computational technology and many independent intellectual property products to form a professional “autonomous, safe and controllable” Beidou high-precision location and time service big data platform. This platform is mainly working for users of smart grid, 5G communication, rail transit and finance and Internet users. It also provides high-precision location and time services for countries along the “Belt and Road”.
