Project Name: Research on and Application of Complex Video Oriented Target Multidimensional Behavior Identifying Technology

Project Profile: This project is intended to research on the important problems encountered in complex video scene target behavior identifying and understanding technology. The research is based on earlier research resources of China applicant and youth scholars for “Belt and Road”. The research is conducted upon cooperation. The research will raise problem-solving methods. In detail, the research includes the followings: (1) Research on the technologies of individual behavior identification based on thermal pervasion model, group behavior analysis based on network transmission model, collective behavior analysis based on uniform motion region. On different dimensions, analyze characteristics of target behavior in the video, and establish joint structural modeling, accordingly, realize complete analysis and accurate understanding to the target behavior in the video. (2) Combined with the earlier research resources of China applicant and youth scholars for “Belt and Road”, cooperatively establish multidimensional behavior identifying dataset, resolve the problem of the current multidimensional behavior database deficiency, and accordingly, enhance international influence of cooperation results. (3) Establish identification and verification platform for complex scene behavior, verify the effectiveness of research results, and apply the research results in actual video monitoring application platform such as public security areas and subway systems, and accordingly, promote the research results application and industrialization.
